Finished Presentation/Get Supplies

February 24, 2012

This week my group and I did our slide show presentation of the project roadmap. We presented to the class our purpose, goals, "out of scope" ideas and "set backs". This way the whole class was up to date with what our schedule, plans and ideas were for the Claymore.
Also, in our group, Nathan has begin to gather parts for our first string claymore. Hopefully he will get everything he needs by this weekend to begin building.

Completed Roadmap

Status: This week we finally completed typing the Roadmap.

All we have left to do with our roap map would make edits if Mr. Zimmerman recommends any. We have it all typed out though. The total isn't 3-5 pages, but in reality I think that is a little to long for a Roadmap. I mean there really is only so much you can talk about before you just make up stuff or talk in circles.

Progress Contines

Febraury 10, 2012
Status: Discussing how to make each one.

This week Michael, Nathan and I have been discussing what we needed to do to make sure each claymore has the most potential possible. We have decided that we will go to the store and get about 5x the supplies of the simple things we need so incase 1 fails we will be able to recover and try again until we have it right. Hopefully sometime soon we will get the the actual building and I will be able to post pictures explaining and showing the steps and process we did to build it.

Into the Roadmap

February 3
Status: Into the Roadmap

My group and I have officially written the first paragraph of our project roadmap. This is the paragraph that describes our project title and project purpose. Which we decided was to help inform ourselves about different types of contraptions working together as one. We also want other people to be able to make it, with simple steps that don't require hard intricate work, but still get A+ quality.

Beginning Project Roadmap

Status: Begin to Discuss Project Roadmap

This week my group and I discussed how we want to write in our project roadmap. We decided that Michael would write it as Nathan and I brainstormed and came up with the specific elements of what we wanted each topic to have.
